The invention relates to externally transmitting equipment in a tandem manner for an FLNG (floating, LNG production, storage and offloading system) based on a rotating disc type rigid pipe. The equipment comprises a rotating device which is arranged on the FLNG, a chain-shaped rigid pipe assembly which is formed by the rotating connection of a plurality of sections of rigid pipes, and a control room which is arranged on a base, wherein the rotating device comprises the base which is rotationally connected to the FLNG, two brackets which are symmetrically arranged on the base, a regular polygonal rotating disc which is rotationally connected between the two brackets, and a plurality of tracks which are arranged on the periphery of the rotating disc and are mutually parallel; one end of the first section of the rigid pipe is tightly fixed and connected to the center of the rotating disc and is communicated with liquid tanks on the FLNG through externally transmitting pipelines, the other end of the first section of the rigid pipe is tightly fixed and connected to the intersection between the bottom side and the other neighboring side of the rotating disc, and the rest sections of the rigid pipes are twined in the tracks; the length of the first section of the rigid pipe is equal to the radius of the circumcircle of the rotating disc, and the length of the rest sections of the rigid pipes is equal to the length of the bottom side of the rotating disc; and an externally transmitting control system which is used for controlling the rotating device to rotate is arranged in the control room.
