Synthetic method of carbamide-melamine-formaldehyde ternary polymerization resin precipitation and application of carbamide-melamine-formaldehyde ternary polymerization resin precipitation as amine resin adhesive improver

2014
The invention discloses a synthetic method of a carbamide-melamine-formaldehyde ternary polymerization resin precipitation. The synthetic method comprises the following steps: regulating the pH value of a formaldehyde solution to 1-5 by using strong acid; adding carbamide and melamine to the formaldehyde solution according to the mole ratio of formaldehyde/(carbamide+melamine) being 0.5-1; reacting at 30-90 DEG C under the condition of stirring, reducing to room temperature to obtain a carbamide-melamine-formaldehyde ternary polymerization resin precipitation solution; and carrying out ultrasonic concussion homogenization treatment on the obtained carbamide-melamine-formaldehyde ternary polymerization resin precipitation solution, then carrying out suction filtration, washing to neutrality, and drying under the condition of 30-70 DEG C. The invention also discloses an application of the carbamide-melamine-formaldehyde ternary polymerization resin precipitation as an amine resin adhesive improver. The carbamide-melamine-formaldehyde ternary polymerization resin precipitation can enhance the adhesion strength of an amine resin adhesive and reduce the formaldehyde emission content without changing the process condition of the usage of the amine resin adhesive in an artificial board industry.
