OPTIMIZATION RETROFIT OF 9000 m~2 HYPERBOLIC NATURAL DRAFT COUNTER FLOW COOLING TOWER

Directing against the problems of frequent damages occurred on siphon cover in hyperbolic natural draft counter flow cooling tower,the uniform distribution of siphon water can't be realized,and in the case of single circulating water pump in operation,only the water distribution in half tower can be realized,and in the event of two circulating water pumps in operation,although the cooling water can overflow the siphon cover and makes the water distribution in whole tower can be realized,but the water can't be distributed uniformly.Through optimization retrofit of the water distribution configuration in the cooling tower,the problems mentioned above have been solved,and the economic efficiency of the unit being remarkably improved.
