Load calibration device of wheel radial fatigue test machine

A load calibration device of a wheel radial fatigue test machine is formed by an adapting installation part, a balance part and a drum pressing block part. When calibration is implemented, a standard force sensor is assembled on the device according to an abstract diagram. The position of a balance lump is adjusted to enable bubbles of a horizontal water column to be in the center of a water column meter. The calibration device is pressed on a drum through position loading, sets different loading force on a position loading system, compares to see whether the loading force at each time is thesame as the display value of the standard force sensor, and adjusts the loading force to be the same as the display value of the standard force sensor if the comparison result is different. The calibration is finished when each set load is confirmed to be the same as the load of the standard force sensor.
