HPLC analysis of changes of endogenous hormones of loquat germplasm during in vitro conservation.

In this experiment the in vitro plantlets of the loquat cultivar Zaozhong No.6 were used as the materials for analyzing the changes of endogenous hormones of loquat germplasm during in vitro conservation by the method of HPLC.The results showed that as compared with the control under the treatment with 5 mg/L PP333,the ABA contents of the conserved loquat plantlets increased significantly,while the contents of GA3 and ZT decreased during the early 3 months;the ABA content reduced from the third month to the seventh month but increased later;the ZT content increased after the third month and reached the highest on the eighth month;the change of the IAA content was completely opposite to that of the control during the earlier 6 months and was almost consistent after the latter 6 month,and the highest IAA content occurred in the second month.
