The automatic calibrator comprises a controller and a gating module connected with the controller; the controller is used for sending a gating command according to preset setting information and controlling the automatic calibration of external testing equipment to be calibrated relative to corresponding external standard testing equipment; and the gating module is used for automatically gating the electric connection between the controller and a special testing channel of the corresponding standard testing equipment and the testing equipment to be calibrated according to the gating command. The invention solves such problems caused by manually inserting and pulling cables in the prior art as complex operation and large error, and the like.
