PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measurement sensor and a sheet for a concentration measurement sensor capable of improving productivity in manufacturing the concentration measurement sensor.SOLUTION: A concentration measurement sensor 10 includes at least: an insulating base material 12; and a conductive pattern 30 on the insulating base material 12. The insulating base material 12 has a thickness of 12 μm to 100 μm. Also, the conductive pattern 30 is constituted of an Ni film, and the thickness is 10nm to 40nm.
