The article presents the results of a complex examination of the endometrium, including endoscopic, hystomorphological, immunohystochemical, bacteriological and immunoenzyme methods in women with various forms of female infertility anticipating invitro fertilization (IVF). There has been elaborated a complex correction system of a detected endometrial pathology, applied as a preoperative procedure prior to assisted reproductive treatment. Positive IVF results analysis has been carried out before and after the differentiated management.
