A plurality of irrigation units are mounted side by side on the water delivery pipe, and one end of the water delivery pipe is communicated with a water inlet tank. A plastic waterproof layer, a water storage and delivery layer, a chopped straw layer, a protective soil layer and a tractor-ploughing stratum connected to the upper side of the protective soil layer are sequentially arranged in one main trough and the corresponding branch troughs, and the water storage and delivery layer is formed by mixing building debris and chopped straws in a fixed proportion. Filtration irrigation is achieved by means of straws, capillaries and by using root systems and soil with water absorption, water seepage and moisture expansion. The equipment is efficient in water economization as the problem that water evaporates in air and seeps in soil is better solved by using the filtration irrigation.
