Cadena De Valor Para Detonar La Lombricomposta En La Zona Sur Oriente Del Estado De México (Value Chain to Detonate the Lombricompost in the South East Area from the State of Mexico)

Spanish Abstract: En los procesos globalizados donde los problemas del cambio climatico a nivel mundial estan perjudicando a todos los procesos productivos del sector primario, se hace necesario empezar a tener alternativas que puedan dar solucion a los procesos de produccion primarios, en este caso a los agricultores, es por ello, que se plantea estructurar una cadena de valor que permita cumplir con las nuevas necesidades del mercado y satisfacer a los consumidores. La cadena de valor se enfoca hacia el cumplimiento de las necesidades del consumidor y es capaz de responder rapidamente cuando estas cambian, ofrecer seguridad en las relaciones entre miembros de la cadena de valor con base en objetivos, metas y estrategias comunes. Por lo tanto, una alternativa para los procesos de produccion primarios es la lombricultura que es un proceso que al parecer es sencillo emprender, ademas de que su costo de produccion puede ser bajo por el hecho de realizarse a base de material o residuos organicos. Es importante analizar las actividades que deben realizarse en el proceso para obtener menores costos y gozar de una ventaja competitiva. Esta ventaja competitiva podemos obtenerla con la aplicacion de diferentes herramientas como lo es la cadena de valor. La cadena de valor ayuda a determinar las actividades que permiten generar una Ventaja Competitiva sustentable. Tener una ventaja competitiva es tener una rentabilidad relativa superior a los rivales en el sector o rubro en el cual se compite. Un punto primordial sobre el que deben trabajar las empresas es tener como meta generar el mayor ingreso posible, es decir ser rentable, que el margen entre los ingresos y los costos tenga cohesion y este equilibrado. Pero si no es posible, debe costar lo menos que se pueda para asi, obtener un margen superior al de la competencia. Por lo tanto, esta investigacion tiene como proposito generar estrategias que apoyen a la cadena de valor para detonar la lombricomposta en la Zona Sur Oriente del Estado de Mexico. Surge como una necesidad para la agricultura, ya que es una de las principales actividades economicas de la zona. Se cultiva principalmente maiz, alfalfa, trigo, avena, frijol, verduras, legumbres, frutas, entre otros productos agricolas. Actualmente los fertilizantes quimicos tienen gran demanda por los agricultores del municipio debido a que no existe comercializacion de abonos organicos, entre ellos la lombricomposta. English Abstract: The primary production processes, in this case to farmers, For this reason, it is proposed to structure a value chain that allows meeting the new needs of the market and satisfy consumers. The value chain focuses on meeting the needs of the consumer and is able to respond quickly when they change, offering security in the relationships between members of the value chain based on common objectives, goals and strategies. Therefore, an alternative for primary production processes is vermiculture, which is a process that seems to be easy to undertake, in addition to the fact that its production cost can be low due to the fact of being made with organic material or residues. It is important to analyze the activities that must be carried out in the process to obtain lower costs and enjoy a competitive advantage. This competitive advantage can be obtained with the application of different tools such as the value chain. The value chain helps determine the activities that allow generating a sustainable Competitive Advantage. To have a competitive advantage is to have a relative profitability superior to the rivals in the sector or category in which it competes. A prime point on which companies must work is to have as a goal to generate the highest possible income, that is to say be profitable, that the margin between income and costs has cohesion and is balanced. But if it is not possible, it must cost as little as possible to obtain a margin superior to that of the competition. Therefore, this research has the purpose of generating strategies that support the value chain to detonate the vermicompost in the South East Zone of the State of Mexico. It emerges as a necessity for agriculture, since it is one of the main economic activities in the area. It is grown mainly corn, alfalfa, wheat, oats, beans, vegetables, legumes, fruits, among other agricultural products. Currently, chemical fertilizers are in great demand by the farmers of the municipality because there is no commercialization of organic fertilizers, including the vermicompost.
