The invention discloses a method for utilizing and recycling solid waste of cyclone ash by spraying through a blast-furnace tuyere, belonging to the technical field of blast furnace environmental protection and energy conservation. The ash generated by cyclone dust removal is thrown into a storage ash bin for cyclone ash which is parallel to a run coal bin, then the ash is thrown into the run coal bin through the compressing air of 0.17-1.20MPa; a totally enclosed type spiral electronic scale is adopted; the cyclone dust and raw coal are brought into an intermediate speed mill along with a belt; after grinding, the mixture is blown into a blast furnace from the tuyere; the whole flow of charging of a coal storing tank for dedusting, the discharging of the coal storing tank and the transporting linkage of belt propylaea process are subject to fabrication processing so as to avoid secondary raise dust; the injection ratio of the cyclone dust removal is controlled; the furnace temperature is judged according to the regulation; the ash content of tuyere pulverized coal and the content of the blast furnace slag are controlled in the process of the cyclone dust removal; the operation of the burning temperature and the thermal compensation is carried out in the process of the cyclone dust removal; and under the condition of oxygen enrichment or without oxygen enrichment, the additive amount of the bag-filter ash and the cyclone dust are determined. The invention effectively solves the problem of solid waste treatment of blast furnace gas dust, especially the cyclone dust and realizes the function of recovering active principle in the cyclone dust and the recovering ratio can be over 60%.
