Laser-Assisted MiniLiposculpture: Since 1998, we associate Laserlipolysis to miniliposcupture to obtain faster results. In patients with good skin elasticity, we work first with laser then with canula. In case of lipofilling, we do first miniliposculpture; In patients with skin elasticity deficit, we treat deep fat with mini canula and more superficial fat with laser in order to obtain optimal skin retraction.
