Practice and discussion of comprehensive experiments teaching of molecular biology

Molecular biology is a branch course of biology which is full of operability.Its experiment teaching has significant status in the personnel training.To offer comprehensive experiment teaching course is very important for cultivating college students′ experimental skills and improving their practical and creative abilities.This article summarized the molecular biology experiment teaching contents,methods,and experimental performance evaluation of Huazhong Agricultural University.Three series of experiment course and the effective organization methods were emphasized,in order to improve the teaching quality and cultivate overall qualities of students.
