Analysis of Coaxial-Fed Coupling Microstrip Patch Antenna with MPSTD-FDTD Algorithm

The coaxial-fed coupling microstrip patch antenna is analyzed by using a hybrid method.It is the combination of multidomain pseudospectral time-domain(MPSTD) and finite difference time domain(FDTD).The hybrid method possesses the advantages of two time domain methods of MPSTD and FDTD.The coaxial-fed coupling microstrip patch antenna is accurately modeled and quickly analyzed.Numerical results indicate that the hybrid method is valid and accurate.
