Paludisme et hémorragies rétiniennes

A 24 years old woman presented with retinal hemorrhages, back from a travel in Cameroon. She took a chloroquine chemoprophylaxis. We diagnosed a malaria due to Plasmodium falciparum with anemia, splenomegaly and low parasitemia
