Mesonephroid adenocarcinoma in urethral diverticulum treated with diverticulectomy. Case report and review of the literature.

: A case of mesonephroid adenocarcinoma in an urethral diverticulum treated with diverticulectomy in a 53 year old female is reported. To our knowledge 26 cases of similar tumours have been reported in the literature. A review of symptoms, management and possible relationship to nephroid metaplasia is presented.
