29Si NMR Spektroskopie von Cyclopentasilanen

Abstract The structure and 29 Si chemical shifts of the halodimethylsilylnonamethylcyclopentasilanes Si 5 Me 9 SiMe 2 X ( 1–4 ) and the halononamethylcyclopentasilanes Si 5 Me 9 X ( 5–8 ) (X = F, Cl, Br, I) have been assigned using 1 J (SiSi) and 2 J (SiSi) coupling constants derived from 29 Si-INADEQUATE and 29 Si-INEPT—INADEQUATE NMR spectra. The compounds exhibit good correlation between chemical shift, 1 J (SiSi) and Pauling electronegativities.
