Cultural Impoverished Problems and Countermeasures in New Rural Reconstruction——A Kind of Angle Explaining "Agriculture,Peasant and Country" Problems

This paper analyzed the concept and connotations of impoverished problem,as well as the formation mechanism of reasons that government cultural functions vacancy,impact of traditional culture,obstacles to the flow of urban and rural population,the lack of resources in rural education,slow growth income of farmers and cultural consumption insufficient demand: It proposed to increase the government's rural public cultural products supply and strengthen cultural exchanges and integration of urban and rural areas,develop agricultural science and technology and education,raising the income of farmers and cultural consumption level to resolve the problem of poverty in rural areas of cultural ideas and countermeasures.
