Влияние эфферентно-клеточных технологий на микроциркуляцию у пациентов с синдромом диабетической стопы

At syndrome of diabetic foot in pathogenesis of angiopathy of lower extremities an essential place borrow ischemic process and frustration of microcirculation which lead to infringements of balance intersticial liquid system. We used laser Doppler flou-metry (LDF) and impedansometry for an estimation of efficiency of the offered method of therapy. Method of therapy included the realization of lymphocy-tapheresis with the use of the separator of blood cells and received autolymphocytes are modified by im-munomodulator also they are entered to the patient in femoral artery of the struck leg. Reliable dynamics on two parameters of LDF is noted: the index of efficiency of microcirculation has increased for 31,8 % and average arithmetic value of a parameter of microcirculation on 55,5 % has decreased. Reliable increase of an active component of specific resistance of soft fabrics of lower extremities is noted at all levels of registration except for an ankle joint: rise made from 10 up to 18,5 %.
