Diagnóstico da doença de Aujeszky em suínos no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul

In this paper the outcome of Aujeszky Disease in swine herds of the State of Rio Grande do Sul is presented. The clinical signs observed in pigs from commercial herds as well as the lesions detected at post morten examination are described. The diagnosis was confirmed by virus isolates, being the first recovery of the agent from pigs grazed in this state.
