Aerobic and anaerobic serial pretreatment method for corn straw microorganisms

2012
The invention relates to an aerobic and anaerobic serial pretreatment method for corn straw microorganisms. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning harvested fresh corn straw, chopping and adjusting the humidity; filling into a special airtight facility and compacting; covering with a plastic film for treating for about 30 days; performing aerobic and anaerobic combined pretreatment on the straw by using oxygen and florae carried by the straw, wherein the treated straw is applied to biogas fermentation. The method belongs to the field of waste recycling. The harvested corn straw is directly smashed, sealed and filled, so that fire resistance, rain prevention and mold prevention of marsh gas engineering raw materials are realized during storage and the problems of large occupation area and high potential safety hazard due to direct storage are solved; microorganism aerobic and anaerobic serial pretreatment is performed automatically in the sealed facility by using the air and oxygen and florae carried by the corn straw, so that the problems of high pretreatment cost and complexity in operation are solved; compared with untreated straw, the anaerobic digestion biogas production rate of the corn straw treated by using the method is increased by 20 percent, and the gas production rate is increased by 15 percent.
