Dongguan Status of Low-Carbon Economy,Its Challenge and Mode Choice in View of the Exploration of Low Carbon Economy in Developed Countries

After the industrialization and informatization,the world economy is moving toward the state of low-carbon,and the times of low-carbon has come.It is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for the development of Dongguan city,which is called "world factory".This paper summarizes the developing process of the low-carbon economy in the western developed countries and considers the economy development mode with the characteristics of traditional high-carbon in Dongguan.Evaluating the problems of the present situations and challenges for the development of the low-carbon economy in Dongguan,the paper gives some suggestions for promoting Dongguan low-carbon economy in the future.
