The invention discloses an automatic vegetable chopper which comprises a double-sheave power component, a pushing component, a cutter component and a support component. The double-sheave power component comprises a motor, a coupling shaft connected with an output shaft of the motor, an inner locking arc, a driving lever, an outer locking arc, an inner sheave and an outer sheave. The inner locking arc, the driving lever and the outer locking arc are sequentially mounted on the coupling shaft from inside to outside. The inner sheave and the outer sheave which move alternately are symmetrically disposed on the inner side and the outer side. The pushing component comprises a synchronous pulley and a synchronous belt thereof, a pushing gear, a rack meshed with the pushing gear, and a pushing plate fixedly connected to the rack. The synchronous pulley moves synchronously with the outer sheave. The pushing gear rotates along with the synchronous pulley. The cutter component comprises a meshing gear structure, a crankshaft linkage and a cutter. The meshing gear structure moves synchronously with the inner sheave. The crankshaft linkage moves along with a meshing gear. The cutter executes lifting corresponding to the crankshaft linkage. By the automatic vegetable chopper, pushing of vegetables, driving of the cutter and coordination of the two are achieved conveniently and efficiently. In addition, the automatic vegetable chopper has the advantages of compact structure, low cost and the like.
