Reconsideration of Commercially Available Medium Component in Recombinant Yeast Culture

There have been many reports on the use of YNB w/o AA in the culture medium for recombinant yeast (1-5). Park et al. (6) and Gu et al. (7) had also used YNB w/o AA to produce Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in recombinant yeast.
