Double-kettle intermittent reaction device for pilot scale test

2016
A double-kettle intermittent reaction device for a pilot scale test comprises a raw material system, a reaction system, a separation system, a finished product system and a public work system. The double-kettle intermittent reaction device for the pilot scale test is characterized in that two independent intermittent reaction kettles are arranged and provided with stirring blades capable of being replaced as needed, and oxidized starch and the like serve as a reaction system; two heating systems suitable for different temperature ranges are arranged, a cooling circulatory system is arranged in an industrial imitation mode, the use amount of circulating water is metered through a turbine flowmeter, and the independent separation system and complete raw material storage system devices are arranged. In the device, the height-diameter ratios of the intermittent reaction kettles are 1:1 and 1.2:1 respectively, the stirring blades for both kettles can be replaced as needed, and stepless speed adjusting can be conducted at the stirring speed ranging from 0 r/min to 120 r/min. The circulatory system which is arranged in the industrial imitation mode comprises a soft water treatment device and a circulating pump and is suitable for occasions with hard water and without a treatment device. An independent gas-liquid separation device is included and can achieve quantitative extraction and reflux, and stable separation and extraction operation can be constructed.
