The temperature dependence of adiabatic compressibility of aqueous solutions of MgCl 2 , CaCl 2 and CuCl 2 has been determined in the temperature range 5-30˚C for different solute concentrations in the intermediate concentration range. A simple model has been employed to interpret the data in terms of size and compressibility of hydration shells
