Serrated lesions of the colon A window on a more clear classification

Abstract Serrated polyps evaluation represents a challenge for pathologists for lacking of univocal criteria that leads to different inter -individual interpretation. The aim of our review is to offer an alternative simpler histologic and endoscopic approach to these lesions for a more correct relationship between endoscopists and pathologists.
