Pixel electrode voltage processing circuit and display apparatus

The invention provides a pixel electrode voltage processing circuit and a display apparatus. The pixel electrode voltage processing circuit comprises a first input terminal, a second input terminal and an output terminal, wherein the first input terminal is used for inputting an original pixel electrode voltage; the second input terminal is used for inputting a common electrode voltage and the output terminal is used for outputting a processed pixel electrode voltage. The pixel electrode voltage processing circuit is used for superposing the common electrode voltage on the original pixel electrode voltage so as to acquire the processed pixel electrode voltage which is a stable voltage relative to the common electrode voltage. In the invention, a common electrode fluctuation voltage is superposed on the original pixel electrode voltage so that a voltage output by a pixel electrode is output stably relative to the common electrode voltage, therefore, a pixel display gray scale is not influenced by a common electrode voltage fluctuation, a frame abnormity phenomenon is eliminated and normal display is maintained.
