Power converter and control method thereof

The invention discloses a power converter and a control method thereof. The power converter includes a full-bridge converter circuit and an adjustment circuit, wherein the full-bridge converter circuit comprises a full-bridge circuit which is provided with a first input end and a second input end as well as a first output end and a second output end, and the adjustment circuit is bridged to the first input end and the second input end of the full-bridge circuit and is connected with the first output end of the full-bridge circuit, and operatively adjusts output voltage that spans between the first output end and the second output end of the full-bridge circuit through mutual operation between the adjustment circuit and the full-bridge converter circuit, so as to make the output voltage that spans between the first output end and the second output end of the full-bridge circuit have a plurality of voltage levels.
