Specific features of adverse effects in workers exposed to different levels of methylmethacrylate

: The relation of the incidence of malignant neoplasms to the dose of methyl methacrylate (MMA) was studied in 3588 workers. There was a clear correlation between the dose of MMA and the risk for cancer of the genital system in females and of the lung in males. Examining the immunity in groups receiving different doses of MMA revealed significant immunological disorders when exposed to its high concentrations.
