Article is devoted to questions of restructuring of the industrial enterprises of the Republic Dagestan. Approaches to determination of potential organizationally system stability are considered and caused. The main indicators of an assessment of potential organizationally system stability are presented. The structure of institutional capacity of the enterprise is investigated.
