المهارات المطلوبة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في البيئة المحاسبية الليبية: دراسة نظرية استكشافية SKILLS REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS IN THE LIBYAN ACCOUNTING ENVIRONMENT: AN EXPLORATORY THEORETICAL STUDY

استهدفت الدراسة وصف المهارات اللازمة والمطلوبة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في البيئة المحاسبية الليبية، وفي سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي الوثائقي، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة في جمع البيانات على تقارير التنمية المستدامة العالمية والمحلية، وقراءة مضمونها وربطها بما تتناوله الأدبيات المحاسبية السابقة في جانب المهارات، وتبرز أهمية الدراسة في كونها تفيد بتوصياتها كل ممارسي مهنة المحاسبة من المحاسبين في اكتساب وتنمية بعض المهارات لضمان مكانتهم في بيئة الأعمال الليبية المستدامة المرجوة من ناحية، ومساهمتهم في تحقيق استدامة هذه البيئة من ناحية أخرى، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة رئيسية مفادها أن المهارات المطلوبة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في ليبيا تتمثل في: المهارات الفكرية أو الذهنية والمهارات الفنية والوظيفية والمهارات الشخصية ومهارات العلاقات الشخصية والتواصل والمهارات التنظيمية ومهارات إدارة الأعمال. The study aimed to describe the skills needed and required to achieve sustainable development goals in the Libyan accounting environment, and in order to achieve this goal, a descriptive documentary approach was followed, as the study relied on collecting data on global and local sustainable development reports, reading its content and linking it to what the previous accounting literature deals with in the aspect of skills The importance of the study is evident in the fact that its recommendations benefit all practitioners of the profession of accountants in acquiring and developing some skills to ensure their position in the desired sustainable Libyan business environment on the one hand, and their contribution to achieving the sustainability of this environment on the other hand, and the study reached a main conclusion that the skills required To achieve the sustainable development goals in Libya, they are represented in: Intellectual skills, Technical and functional skills, Personal skills, Interpersonal and communication skills, Organizational and business management skills.
