HISTORICAL REVIEW OF DENGUE VIRUS AND ITS IMPACT ON PAKISTAN COMMUNITY

The study was carried out since 27th September 2021. The universe of the study was Pakistan. The major objective was to study the historical review of Dengue Virus and its impact on Pakistan Community. Total 18 were downloaded from the net and read again and again and analyzed the situation. The review indicates that the first case of Dengue Virus was appeared since 1994 in Karachi. Through trading the virus entered into Karachi and then from that place it spread in the whole Pakistan. Large numbers of people were killed by Dengue in different time of the era. The threat in 2010 and 2011 was sever. The monsoon season is very favorable for Dengue Virus spreading. The dengue bites the people and it become sever red and sometime bleeding start from the nose and sever pain was felt by infected person. The dengue is mostly black in color and white patches present on his body. Through elbow and ankle it bite the human being and inject the virus. WHO in different times supported for controlling the Dengue fever. The Virus structure is spherical and composed of viral genome and capsid protein is surrounding. The dengue mosquito bite the people and the virus entered which latter on create change in the host cell and destroy the function of the host cell and make the person ill. The major causes are climate change, trading, humidity standing water etc. There is no quarantine fixed in the world for controlling this virus. People have no awareness about dengue fever. There are no facilities available in the hospital of Pakistan. The sanitary position is very weak. The population density in cities is very high and the density of population is also the major cause in the metropolitan area. No special staff is working for dengue control in the country. No awareness team for awareness to community has been arranged in the country. On the basis of problem the study recommended that to tight the quarantine at different palaces in the country; Awareness program should be established in the country; Good facilities should be given to hospital for dengue fever controlling; Standing water should be removed at different places in the country; Capable Doctors should be appointed in the hospital for controlling the dengue fever; Population density of the city should be reduced at some level.
