A two-layer aluminum titanium / aluminum-silicon composite material and its preparation method and application

The present invention has a short process, the process parameters easy to control and other advantages, the prepared titanium aluminum / aluminum-silicon composite material because of excellent properties, in particular good performance in conjunction with the interface, can be used as electronic packaging materials.
