The invention relates to a radio frequency card sender for intelligent access control and a working method thereof. The radio frequency card sender comprises a master control board, an AC power input port, a communication interface and an AC/DC alternating module; wherein, the master control board is used for demodulating a signal of an access card, the demodulated signal of the access card is transferred to access card information, and the access card information is uploaded to an upper host via the communication interface and the current state of radio frequency card sender is indicated; theAC/DC alternating module is used for transferring AC to DC required by the master control board. In addition, the master control board is connected with a lamp panel, an antenna plate, the communication interface and the AC/DC alternating module respectively; the AC power input port is connected with the AC/DC alternating module. The invention solves the problems of low efficiency and being error-prone when a radio frequency rag issues cards, and meets the requirement of issuing cards by intelligent access control system center.
