PURPOSE: A steel beam connecting member and a steel structure using the same are provided to reduce construction time by enabling the use of large-size equipment inside the steel structure. CONSTITUTION: A steel beam connecting member(100) comprises a hollow body(110) and a fastening part(120). A strut(51) is inserted into the hollow body. The fastening part has inclined plates(122), fastening plates(126), and fastening grooves(126h). The inclined plates are inclined from the body. The fastening plates are vertically protruded from the inclined plates. The fastening grooves are formed on the fastening plates.
