Value of Renal Infarction by Color Doppler Ultrasound

Objective To investigate the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of renal infarction value.Methods six cases of renal infarction patients using color ultrasound diagnostic apparatus,the patient admitted by conventional supine,prone position on the lateral and bilateral kidney for vertical,horizontal,oblique scanning multisection,the record size of the kidney,echo change,and then use more color Polak and energy Doppler,observe the distribution of kidney blood flow,exploration suffering from renal artery and vein trunk and the renal artery of the flow pattern.Comparison DSA,CT and surgery.Results The kidney infarction CDFI(CDFI) show real echo low,and obviously not measuring blood flow signals,Ultrasonographic Features and DSA,CT enhanced video performance anastomosis.Conclusion The diagnosis of renal infarction have high value in renal infarction by Color Doppler ultrasound.
