Modified silicate sand temperature box core making process, a predetermined number of the Shi Ying sand into the sand mixer, then add 2% to 4% of the total weight of the sodium silicate Shi Ying sand, 3 to 5 minutes after the sand, again a sand mill was added the total weight of Shi Ying sand of 0.5 to 5% modifiers, modifier nanometer silica fume, slag powder, slag powder, silica fume nano 40% to 80% of the total weight of modifier , cinder 10% to 40% of the total weight of modifiers, slag powder 10% to 35% of the total weight of the modifier, the modifier was added after the sand 5 to 6 minutes; then, the above-described good sand, mixed into the shooting cylinder core shooting machine, the core box when the heating temperature reaches 120 ~ 160 ℃, for shooting the core, the core exit pressure 0.5 ~ 0.6MPa, core shooting time is 2 ~ 3s, made of sand-like, hardened 20 ~ 60s after release, i.e., taken away too gritty. Modified silicate sand core temperature of the curing process (≤160 ℃) significantly lower than the heat-shell type box core making process, reduce energy consumption greatly facilitate and improve the working environment, to reduce the deformation of the core box, extended tooling life.
