Research on new diamond chain saw cutting stone

In this paper,it has found the new diamond chain saw has lower power consumption and higher cutting efficiency by the idling and cutting test.For example,the cutting efficiency of Φ500mm chain wheel for cutting marble is 1.9m2/h and for granite it can reach 0.6m2/h.Finally,from experiments and calculation in theory,it was obtained that the segment's life is 56m2/m,the chain's life is 73h/m,and the chain can be repeatedly welded at least 2 times.
