Effects of thoracic epidural analgesia on the body's function of post-thoracic surgery patients

The postoperative pain and the body's stress reaction to operation wound ale two major factors which influence the patient's postoperative recovery process.Epidural analgesia compound general anesthesia during thoracic surgery can better reduces the body's stress reaction,regulates the patient's body functions,smoothes postoperative pain.So thoracic epidural analgesia is a good method for thoracic surgery patients.This review will focus on the effects of thoracic epidural analgesia on the body's function of post-thoracic surgery patients.
