Bandage counting and stacking device

The invention discloses a bandage counting and stacking device, which comprises a machine frame, wherein a stacking platform is arranged at the front end of the machine frame, a back retaining plate is arranged at the back side of the stacking platform, two parallel guide grooves are formed in the stacking platform, one end of each guide groove is provided with an opening, the lower part of the stacking platform is connected with a push rod mechanism, the push rod mechanism is provided with two push rods which are matched with the guide grooves, and is connected with an air cylinder which is controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller) to act, and a finished product conveying belt is arranged at one side of the opening of the corresponding guide groove on the machine frame. The bandage counting and stacking device has the advantage that bandages are stacked by the back retaining plate, the PLC is used for counting and setting time intervals according to bandage conveying speed, and controlling the air cylinder to push the push rods to further push the stacked bandages to the finished product conveying belt, and the bandages are automatically counted and stacked, so the efficiency is high, the energy is saved, and the labor cost and time cost are greatly reduced.
