The impact of therapeutic communication system on the anxiety and depression situation of perioperative patients suffering breast cancer

Objective To explore the impact of therapeutic communication system on the anxiety and depression situation of perioperative patients suffering breast cancer. Methods 100 perioperative patients suffering breast cancer were elected and separated into control group and observation group randomly,each group including 50 cases. Patients in control group were three types of communication according to the therapeutic communication system. Use anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self rating scale to assess the anxiety and depression situation of patients suffering breast cancer. Results The number of non-anxiety,mild anxiety,moderate anxiety,severe anxiety in observation group before intervention was 0,11,17,22 for each other,while that of control group was 0,10,17,23. The number of non-anxiety,mild anxiety,moderate anxiety,severe anxiety in observation group after intervention was 15,18,10,7 for each other,while that of control group was0,15,21,14,and the difference were statistically significant( Z =-2. 03,P 0. 05). The number of non-depression,mild depression,moderate depression,severe depression in observation group before intervention was 0,10,18,22 for each other,while that of control group was0,9,19,22. The number of non-depression,mild depression,moderate depression,severe depression in observation group after intervention was 14,17,10,9 for each other,while that of control group was0,15,20,15,and the difference were statistically significant( Z =-1. 99,P 0. 05).Conclusion Breast cancer patients' symptoms of anxiety and depression are obvious during the perioperative period,and the actions of therapeutic communication system can help reduce the degree of anxiety and depression.
