Automobile quarter simulation electromagnetic hanger bracket, mechanical vibration exciter, and test bench

2015
The invention discloses an automobile quarter simulation electromagnetic hanger bracket, a mechanical vibration exciter, and a test bench. In the hanger bracket, a ball screw sequentially passes through a spring supporting sleeve and a through hole, and is connected with a vehicle body weight block through a ball screw bearing and a bearing seat. The upper end of the ball screw can drive a first displacement sensor and a permanent-magnet brushless direct-current motor to rotate, wherein the first displacement sensor and the permanent-magnet brushless direct-current motor are disposed on the upper surface of the vehicle body weight block. A ball screw nut sequentially passes through a nut support, a damping force sensor, a damping spring supporting seat, a guide shaft, a wheel fork, and a wheel. The mechanical vibration exciter can apply vertical excitation with different frequencies and amplitudes to the wheel, and the relative linear movement between the wheel and the vehicle body weight block can be converted into rotation movement which can drive the permanent-magnet brushless direct-current motor to rotate. Through the above execution mode, the testing demands of an electromagnetic energy-feed type active hanger bracket can be met. The structure is simple, the cost is lower, and the testing precision can be improved.
