Magneto-Mechanical Coupling Analysis of Asynchronous Motor Considering Stator Vibration

The magneto-mechanical coupling analysis method is an important method to study the rotor vibration characteristics of asynchronous motors. In order to better consider the influence of stator vibration on the coupling analysis results, a method for magneto-mechanical coupling finite element analysis of asynchronous motor considering stator vibration is presented in this paper. First, the theoretical model of the coupling between structural field and magnetic field of asynchronous motor is analyzed and shown. Then, a 44/48 slot asynchronous motor is simulated and its vibration characteristics are analyzed. The simulation results with/ without considering the stator vibration are compared. The results show that the vibration of the motor rotor will slightly increases in the positive half cycle and decreases in the negative half cycle when the stator vibration is taken into account.
