The invention provides an adjusting and fixing device of an ultrasonic inspection probe for alliteration beam carotid artery, belonging to the technical field of biomedical engineering. The adjusting and fixing device of the invention comprises a neck ring base, a probe fixing frame (2), two universal joints (5), a probe fixing clamp hole (3), a hoop (4), a buckle (6), a clamping groove (7) and a button (8), wherein the neck ring base is composed of two parallel elastic metal wires (1), the probe fixation fame (2) passes on the upper and lower metal wires at one side of the neck ring base and can slide from left to right, the two universal joints (5) are arranged on the probe fixing frame (2) and can freely adjust acoustic beam direction of each probe, the probe fixing clamp hole (3) is arranged in the universal joint (5), the clamping hoop (4) is arranged on the probe fixing clamp hole (3), the buckle (6) and the clamping groove (7) are arranged at two ends of the metal wires and are used for adjusting inner diameter size of the neck ring and the button (8) is arranged on the clamping groove (7). The invention is beneficial to using two ultrasonic probes to carry out alliteration beam inspection for the carotid artery, and has the advantages of independent adjustment for direction of each acoustic beam, large adjustment range, simple and convenient operation and high stability.
