The utility model discloses a multi-purpose endoscope trocar. The multi-purpose endoscope trocar comprises a hollow needle, a needle core capable of being inserted into the hollow needle, a needle tube capable of being connected with the hollow needle, and a sleeve arranged outside the needle tube in a sleeved mode. The hollow needle is composed of a metal pipe with the inner diameter of 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm. Scales are arranged on a needle body so that B-ultrasonic guide can be facilitated. The sharp front end of the needle body serves as a needle tip. The root portion of the needle body is connected with the needle tube. A needle core body of the needle core is composed of a metal wire with the outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow needle. The front end of the needle core body is a flat end. The length of the needle core is slightly larger than the total length of the hollow needle and the needle tube. The needle tube is composed of a plastic pipe. The front end of the needle tube is connected with the hollow needle. The rear end of the needle tube is connected with a syringe. The length of the needle tube ranges from 100 mm to 1500 mm. The sleeve is composed of a plastic pipe with the inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the needle tube. A handle is arranged at the rear end of the sleeve. The multi-purpose endoscope trocar is reasonable in structure, simple in machining process, low in cost, small in tissue damage when used, accurate in positioning, and capable of lowering operation medical risks and implementing various types of minimally-invasive operative treatment.
