Динаміка субмікроскопічної перебудови синовіальних клітин експериментальних тварин із модельованим ревматоїдним артритом після підшкірної імплантації кріоконсервованого тимуса, внутрішньосуглобового введення екстракту плаценти та їх комбінації

The effect of placenta extract, cryopreserved thymus and their combination on the state of synovial cells of experimental animals is studied. Intraarticular injection of placenta extract leads to inhibition of dystrophic and destructive changes of synoviocytes and activation in them of synthetic and reparative processes. Subcutaneous implantation of cryopreserved thymus cells leads to the activation of recovery processes of submicroscopic structure of synoviocytes up to 24 days. At simultaneous intraarticular injection of placenta extract and subcutaneous implantation of cryopreserved thymus cells, the restoration of typical architectonic of synovial cells occurs more optimally during the whole period. Combined use of placenta extract and cryopreserved thymus reduces recovery time of the organelles and connective tissue of the synovial membrane. Using fetoplacental drugs, namely placenta extract and cryopreserved thymus, is advisable in the complex treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
