Влияние лозартана на диастолическую функцию и уровень нейрогуморальной активности

To assess a 6-month losartan efficacy, 109 pts. with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) were distributed into two groups: Group 1 of combined bisoprolol and losartan (n=54) and Group of bisoprolol alone (n=55). Initially and at 6 moths all patients were examined using EchoCG and Holter and their blood was taken for NT-proBNP. Close to the end of follow-up period, it was shown that losartan included into the treatment scheme of HCM pts. was associated with evidently decreased E/Em ratio, contents of NT-proBNP, which was not evident in group of bisoprolol alone. Inclusion of losartan into the treatment scheme of HCM subjects in combination with beta-blockers at 6 months hampered progression of diastolic dysfunction and contributed to a decreased neurohumoral activity.
