Turbine blade fir tree-type root ultrasonic imaging detection phased array transduction device

2013
The utility model discloses a turbine blade fir tree-type root ultrasonic imaging detection phased array transduction device which comprises a phased array transducer and a wedge block, wherein the number of array elements of the phased array transducer is 16-32; the distance between every two adjacent array elements is 0.5-1mm; the width of each array element is 4-10mm; multiple strip-shaped piezoelectric ceramic chip array elements are arranged in parallel and are embedded in a matrix of the phased array transducer; an incident angle ranges from 30 degrees to 70 degrees; a phased array transducer slot is formed in an inclined surface of the wedge block; an included angle between the bottom surface of the phased array transducer slot and the wedge block ranges from 31 degrees to 41 degrees; and impedance rubber is arranged in the wedge block along the acoustic beam direction. The device has high acoustic beam reachability, and the ultrasonic transmitting acoustic beams are changed by using the wedge block, so that the acoustic beams can enter the blade fir tree-type root to cover all key detection parts and comprehensive imaging detection on the complex turbine blade fir tree-type root can be realized.
