Применение последовательной процедуры Вальда в автоматике управления режимами энергорайонов с объектами распределённой генерации

2019
The paper substantiates the need for use of automatic control in districts containing distributed generation facilities; such control must be able to recognize the parametric domains and adapt the algorithms to the current operating parameters. The paper shows the advantages of applying the sequential Wald test for recognizing the parameters in case of reduced frequency, transients, or non-sinusoidality of currents and voltages, which may be measured erroneously. It is proven that truncated sequential analysis algorithms use may ensure high guaranteed performance of the automatic operating controls. The paper presents an example of correct decision-making on part of the under-frequency load shedding system in an islanded district, which applies the Wald test in case frequency measurements are ambiguous and/or distortions are present. The article also contains guidelines on applying sequential analysis when implementing relay protection and automation to handle complex transients.
